Warnings

Do not take Sleep by Remifemin if you are allergic to the active ingredients Valeriana officinalis (Valerian), Humulus lupulus (Hops) or to any of the ingredients listed.

In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.

Avoid driving or operating machinery for at least 2 hours after taking Sleep by Remifemin as your reactivity can be influenced, even if taken as directed. This effect may be increased by the consumption of alcohol. It is recommended that alcohol is avoided when taking this medicine.

Do not take Sleep by Remifemin if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

To relieve restlessness: Take 2 tablets with water, 2–3 times daily.

To relieve sleeplessness: Take 2 tablets with water 1 hour before bedtime and another 2 at bedtime.

Please take tablets unchewed in an upright position with sufficient water.
