Sleep by Remifemin contains the natural active ingredients Valerian and Hops, traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to induce sleep, relieve restlessness, and as a calmative or nervous system relaxant. Natural plant extracts. No prescription required.

Approved Indications

Directions for Use

• To relieve restlessness: 2 tablets with water, 2–3 times daily
• To relieve sleeplessness: 2 tablets with water 1 hour before bedtime, and another 2 tablets at bedtime

Ingredients

Maltodextrin, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Purified Talc, Povidone, Copovidone, Sucrose (Saccharose), Titanium Dioxide (E171), Maize Starch, Liquid Glucose, Carnauba Wax, White Beeswax, Shellac, Carmellose Sodium (Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium), Polysorbate 80, Indigo Carmine (E132). Contains sugars.

Warnings

• Do not take if allergic to Valeriana officinalis (Valerian), Humulus lupulus (Hops), or any listed ingredient
• In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you experience yellowing of skin/eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching
• Avoid driving or operating machinery for at least 2 hours after taking this product, as reactivity may be affected even when taken as directed
• This effect may be increased by alcohol consumption; it is recommended that alcohol is avoided while taking this medicine
• Do not take in a horizontal position; take unchewed with sufficient water
• Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding
• If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional
