Ingredients

Each 3.5mL contains: Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root ext. liquid 3.15mL, derived from dry 3.15g. Also contains glycerol and peppermint oil.

Storage

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not use if cap seal is missing or broken.

Adult dosage: Using the measured dropper, take 3.5mL daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drop directly onto the tongue or dilute in 30mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary. Shake well before use.
